It has 89+ tails as well. Over heats after 15 minutes? Definitely the head gasket, and I'm sure the oil's mixed enough with the coolant and got into the bearings, so it's going to probably get rod knock soon afterward. Fix it right the first time and it'll last you for YEARS.
